Developed over nearly 2 years, Falcon LS3/5a is a genuine British-made classic 15 ohm LS3/5a. It resumes the long tradition of the LS3/5a dating back to the 1960’s.
Finest Components
LS3/5a couples the popular B110 drive unit with the equally renowned T27 tweeter that were both spec’d in the original BBC-designed 15 Ohm model. Both drivers are UK-made to ensure finest quality, grading, evenness, and precise matching to the original drive units.
FL6/23 Filters
The FL6/23 filter networks are produced exclusively in the original style and host bespoke inductors made to the original configuration.
Hand Built Cabinets
The cabinets are hand built from specially chosen graded Baltic Ply with Beech fillets. They are made in Britain and available in a range of natural wood veneers from Cherry, Walnut, Rosewood, Burr Walnut and Yew with a Tygan Cloth front grille.
